What documents do you need?

Documents for New Voter ID Registration (Form 6):
- Proof of Age / DOB: Birth Certificate, HSLC Admit Card, Passport, or PAN Card.
- Proof of Residence: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Electricity Bill, or Bank Passbook.
- Photograph: 1 Recent passport-size photograph with white background.
- Family Member's Voter ID: EPIC Number of Father, Mother, or Spouse.
Documents for Correction / Updates (Form 8):
- Aadhaar Card: Mandatory for all Voter ID corrections and updates.
- Existing Voter ID: EPIC Card Number or copy of old Voter ID.
- Name / DOB Proof: Birth Certificate, Passport, or HSLC Marksheet.
- Photo Change: Recent passport-size photograph with white background.
- Mobile Number: Active mobile number for OTP verification.
Documents for Shift of Residence:
- Existing Voter ID: Current EPIC Number.
- New Address Proof: Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook, Rent Agreement, or Electricity Bill.
- Mobile Number: Active mobile number for OTP verification.
Requirements for e-EPIC Download:
- EPIC (Voter ID) Number: EPIC Number or Form Reference Number.
- OTP Verification: Received on the registered mobile number linked with Election portal.
