Scope of Services
Zenu Computer Hub operates as an authorized digital service centre and Common Service Centre (CSC) facilitator in Haflong, Assam. We provide online application assistance, documentation verification support, card printing, and digital processing for various state/central government and private portals including but not limited to:
- PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, and EPFO / UAN Assistance
- NGO Darpan, Employment Exchange, and EODB Assam Registrations
- Motor, Health, and Life Insurance Issuance & LIC Premium Payments
- PVC Plastic Card Printing, Photocopying, and Document Scanning
Please note: Zenu Computer Hub acts as a service facilitator and consultant. We do not issue government documents directly; final approvals are solely granted by respective government authorities and departments.
User Responsibilities & Document Accuracy
When applying for any service through our online portal or physical counter, you agree that:
- All information, details, and documents provided by you (Aadhaar, birth proofs, marksheet copies, photos, address proofs) are genuine, accurate, and belong to you or the authorized applicant.
- You are solely responsible for verifying application draft previews before final submission.
- Any delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from incorrect, fake, or mismatched information provided by the applicant will not be the liability of Zenu Computer Hub.
Processing Fees & Payment Policy
Our fee structure consists of official government portal charges plus our nominal counter service facilitation fee:
- Service fees are clearly communicated prior to application processing.
- Once an application is successfully submitted to an official portal or a PVC card is printed, service fees are non-refundable.
- Payments can be made via UPI, cash, or direct bank transfer at our counter.
Turnaround & Departmental Delays
While we process all applications promptly on the same day, official processing timelines (such as PAN dispatch, Voter ID approval, or Passport appointment schedules) depend on government department queues, postal services, and server uptime. Zenu Computer Hub is not responsible for external technical downtime or official departmental delays.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. All personal documents shared with us via counter or WhatsApp (+91 7002923421) are strictly used for your requested application processing and are never shared, sold, or misused for third-party marketing.
Modifications to Terms
Zenu Computer Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
