Mandatory Document Checklist

Please gather the following documents before visiting our Centre for New Registration:

Society Registration Certificate

If you have it: Submit a clear scanned copy or PDF format.

If you don't have it: You must legally register your society first before applying for Darpan.

If under a Parent Org: Apply using your Parent's Registration Certificate & their DARPAN ID.

Organisation PAN Card

PAN Card issued exactly in the name of the Society or Trust.

Office Bearers' Details (Minimum 3 Members)

The following details are strictly required for all 3 executive members:

Independent Witness Aadhaar Card

Aadhaar card of 1 independent individual to act as a witness.

Crucial Witness Rule

The witness MUST be an independent individual. They strictly must not be an office bearer or a relative of any office bearer.

Parent Organisation Condition

If your organisation is a branch, unit, child organisation, or operates under a Parent Organisation/Society, you must also provide the NGO-DARPAN Unique ID of that Parent Organisation.
